If you want to have access to all of the programs that were presented, upon submit you will be taken to another form for you to answer 1 additional question and to fill out your name, email, phone number, and call sign. You will be sent a link to the website that contains all of the videos and a passcode to access that website. Please do not share the passcode to anyone else. All content is copyright the presenter of each seminar. It may take approx 7 to 10 days to have all the videos edited and all of the info presented available.
